Rebecca Hurn is a global award winning singer-songwriter from South Wales. Her debut EP ‘Waves’ was awarded as ‘Best Song’ at Cardiff Music Awards and ‘Best Folk Songwriter’ in New York City’s Independent Music Awards. Rebecca is only one of two UK artists to be awarded this, the other being Passenger with ‘Let Her Go’.

Recently headlined at Isle Of Wight Festival, Rebecca was only one of two Welsh headliners, the other being Tom Jones. Performing newest single ‘Panic’, which has received airplay across the globe, Rebecca creates an ‘intimate yet crowd drawing performance’.

Rebecca is repeatedly found in the BBC Wales A-List playlist, where listeners are ‘hypnotised’ by her ‘haunting vocals’ and ‘thought provoking lyrics’ and described by BBC as ‘a national treasure’. Rebecca is heavily connected to the musical avenues of NYC, turning heads at renowned venues.

Supported and awarded by The NYC Songwriters Circle, Rebecca has seen a significant boost in her fanbase. The love for the city is mirrored in Rebeccas songwriting which has matured to a prolific height. Rebecca has mastered her matured musical routes and has created a body of work worthy of a debut album release.

Recently described as ‘the best songwriter around’ Rebecca Hurn is definitely on her way up.
