Hailing from Southend-on-Sea, Adam Falkingham combines the wonders of the great outdoors with personal experiences to create wonderfully crafted, upbeat indie-folk songs. A musician and producer since a young age, Falkingham takes inspiration from artists such as Ben Howard, Passenger and Hollow Coves as well as legendary names Paul Simon and Tracy Chapman. His recordings are a rhythmic ride of warm tones, driving guitars and atmospheric textures that blend together the emotions of real life. Falkingham released his debut single ‘You Are Gold’ in March, which received praise from BBC Introducing, Future Hits Radio and Indie Music Center. In addition to this, he has worked with various artists that include producing music for singer/songwriter Roisin O’Hagan and supporting artists such as Alex Cornish and Chris Shiflett (Foo Fighters). Having spent autumn and winter of 2022 recording new material, 2023 is set to be a busy year ahead for Falkingham. The second single ‘Breathe From It’ will be released in April with more to follow via his own independent label, Art Will Fall Recordings.

Alexander Joseph has been juggling his two passions of music and sport for as long as he can remember. As a musician he cut his teeth performing on the open mic scene around the city of Bath, whilst touring the UK with a university formed covers band. His commitment to the world of sport stems from his time competing on the international tennis circuit and his more recent coaching roles across elite sport.

He's since gone on to release a selection of singles (now found on an EP called Anything Is Possible) in support of various sports development initiatives, which led to his appearance on Channel 4's 'The Superhumans Show' in the lead up to the 2016 Paralympic Games, where he performed his wheelchair basketball inspired anthem 'GB 365'. You may have also heard his wheelchair tennis inspired song 'A Racket In Hand' whilst watching the tennis at Wimbledon!

His uplifting songs about overcoming obstacles have been a consistent theme throughout his work and he remains committed to channelling important & heartfelt messages through his music. BBC Introducing have picked up on this and shown great support in the past, airing songs like 'You're Going To Win' & 'Not Defeated' and selecting 'Invincible' & 'Now or Never' as tracks of the week.
2022 kicked off with 'Firefly' (Alternate Version) - a reflective pop folk song about holding onto our light during the darker moments in life and features rhythmic acoustic guitar, shimmering electric guitars and a foot stomping beat! His latest release Summertime Compass (Acoustic Version) is one of the first songs he wrote during his university days over 15 years ago, and maintains the relaxed and playful vibe that was originally captured by the band he was part of at the time. The song delivers an optimistic message about the possibilities that lie ahead and arrives just in time for that summer BBQ or trip to the beach!

Belle Mt. [Spoken; Belle-Mont] are a 3-piece indie Alt-Pop band from London, UK fronted by Singer and Songwriter Matt Belmont, with Ben Worsley on Lead Guitar and Chris Burgess on Drums. Their cinematic, ethereal but driven sound is rooted in deeply crafted insightful lyrics and infectious melodies. They have amassed a devoted fanbase with over 50 million streams across platforms since their debut EP release, receiving top tier playlisting across platforms including on New Music Friday in multiple countries and two top 40 US alt radio releases (Hollow in 2020 and Famous Son 2021). Their most recent live shows include UK tour supports for KALEO, LARKINS & JUANES (with sell out shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo and Shepherds Bush Empire), in 2019 they created a buzz on the new music showcase festival circuit playing packed out slots at SxSW, Eurosonic Festival and Reeperbahn festival. Their most recent show was a crowd stopping set at British Summertime Festival in Hyde Park on ‘Eagles' day 2022. Recently independent after a pandemic stunted 2 year stint with a US major label (Feb 2020 - Feb 2022) and returning with a more evolved sound; Belle Mt. have been collecting serious momentum in 2022 and attest that their next body of work constitutes their best yet.

I started playing guitar at the age of 10 and have been hooked ever since. My dad was and is into rock music, so inevitably my passion started at this point, but I like to explore many genres, such as funk and jazz. After playing in several indie bands in Sheffield, UK, I decided to embark on a solo project to bring all my various musical ideas to life. I have a hard drive full of unfinished projects that I'm steadily working through! I write a little every day and love collaborating with other artists. My passion for music only intensified when I began sharing guitar and bass videos on Instagram, where I test new ideas and gauge what resonates most with listeners. I've made it a habit to share my creative process, leveraging social media as a tool rather than gatekeeping my music.

Taking inspiration from emotionally charged lyricists - Daughter, Lorde, Bon Iver, The xx, Frank Ocean - Daniel’s style has an honest tone which immediately evokes the feeling of nostalgia intertwined with modern relatability. Fusing pop sensibilities with a soulful undertone, Dan is fascinated by the constant evolution of music and its ability to connect people.

Balancing his debut releases whilst working in the art-world, it is apparent how aesthetics greatly impact his artistry both visually and sonically. This background also motivates him to work with global emerging artists on branding for his animation and single artwork.

All songs have achieved regional BBC Radio support; Unity Radio, Islington Radio, Shoreditch Radio, among others. As well as a multitude of global stations (Amazing Radio and SoundLab), playlists and publications (Hot Press).
British-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Dom Malin’s reserved nature is not to be misinterpreted. His songs are the vessel in which he explores a catalyst of emotions.

In an oversaturated scene, it is his substantial storytelling that sets him apart from your typical folksy, gentle sing-along-campfire tunes. You feel what he feels as he takes you along for an emotional ride, leaving you resonating with the lyrics as if it was your own experience.

Conjuring a vocal as diverse as Father John Misty, the melodic guitar of John Mayer, the live energy of Jack Garrett, and the lyrical prowess of Ben Howard. Malin provides a musical performance that is captivating.

Born and raised in London, multi-instrumentalist Hugo Valentine has finally arrived on the scene as a singer-songwriter. His sound captures the essence of British and in particular London culture. His songs are of a catchy nature, always packed full of lyrical depth and colour, and his influences are widespread, ranging from Coldplay to Elton John, Alicia Keys to Queen to Arctic Monkeys, David Bowie to Radiohead, among many others.

Growing up with a varied musical upbringing, Hugo Valentine all began when he taught himself ‘twinkle twinkle little star’ at the age of four on a toy piano that his grandmother had bought him and started taking piano lessons in his London home. At the age of 10, Hugo was admitted into the Royal College of Music junior department and remained there for four years where he was trained in classical music and, above all, the piano. Hugo’s homegrown, self-taught approach has carried him through to this point. Using production initially as inspiration, and then as a way of getting his ideas across, he now has the tools to take his songs almost to their final stages of completion.

In fact, this is how ‘A Nation Of People’ EP came about - four tracks originally written for piano which he took to the next level with his exciting approach to creative production.

When Jack Cullen sits down to write a song his aim is simple: to change the way people are feeling and leave them with a smile. “I want to see the world in a positive way and help other people, too,” he explains. “Flipping negatives into positives and spreading that message is what I’m here to do.” Distilling his positive vibe down to its purest essence, he’s here for “When life gives you lemons let’s squeeze the fuck out of them and make some sweet lemonade.” The Roots aren’t the only people who were bowled over by “It Doesn’t Matter.” A snippet of the track was used by lofi rap producer Poetics for the hook on “Spilled My Coffee,” a recent collaboration with rappers Snøw and Rxseboy, chopping Cullen’s voice into new shapes and putting a different spin on his upbeat sound. Remixes of this version from Allday and Honne soon followed, picking up over 1.5M streams collectively. It speaks to the artist’s versatility that he can jump from intimate acoustic songwriting to working with hip-hop royalty and be accepted into the lofi rap scene, a community united not by geographical location but musical innovation.

Newbury Singer-Songwriter Joe Hicks blends pop, blues and folk influences, combining intricate guitar composition with classic pop song-craft for an uplifting live show. Having made a name for himself as a session guitarist, Hicks released his first solo single at the start of 2017 following a soul searching writing trip to a secluded Cornish Airbnb garage with no internet or phone signal. Since then Joe has racked up over 3 million Spotify streams, was made 'BBC Introducing Artist of the Week’ across UK Radio, has toured the UK and Europe including over 30 Sofar Sounds shows, CarFest, The Big Feastival and slots supporting Sam Fender, James Walsh and Starsailor.
