I must admit that the first time Sven Ross came to see us in May with "Blue Birthday", I completely fell in love with his delicate universe. And also with his incredible voice. Although I admit, and it's not unpleasant, I find there is sometimes a slight vocal resemblance to The Satellite Station. But the two artists have very different musical universes.
That of Sven Ross, who comes from the Netherlands, is a little more focused on indie-folk. And it's a genre that suits him very well. Third single for this prodigy who juggles words wonderfully, like a magician who doesn't seem like it.
Perfect declaration of love? Yes, we can say that! If we listen carefully to the chorus, we find the words that everyone would dream of hearing one day: "When words don't fit, we can say it with our fingertips, we don't need sound to love out loud".
In a resolutely relaxed atmosphere, mixing piano, acoustic guitar, and electric guitar, the voice of Sven Ross bewitched us and we can not do without it. A real gem that has only one flaw: three minutes is short! But bravo sir, you have seduced us again.
The song gains in intensity on the final part, with magnificent vocal harmonies and simple but effective percussions. Sufficient in any case to trigger the thrill.

Lyrics
My hand on her chest
Her breath in my neck
Passing back and forth a living light
A pulse is enough
To follow the love
We can live a lifetime in a night
Moments fade
While our senses show us the way
When words don’t fit
We can say it with our fingertips
We don’t need sound to love out loud
We can close our lips
And just say it with our fingertips
We don’t need sound
To love out loud
We linger in sync
I sink in her skin
I care about her more than she could know
I can’t define why
But her mind’s aligned with mine
There’s no side of her she doesn’t show
Hours fade
While our senses show us the way
When words don’t fit
We can say it with our fingertips
We don’t need sound to love out loud
We can close our lips
And just say it with our fingertips
We don't need sound to love out loud
